below: proposed floor plan for the first stage.  This is a luxury lodge addition with garaging, a private sleepout or gym area.  It will possibly to be used for long term guests and guests seeking a really quiet mountain retreat who can relax for one or more weeks in a home away from home.

unfortunately this part of the project has been put on hold as indeed the entire project due to council requirements involving the complete upgrade of the sceptic tank system making the project currently uneconomic and unviable.
